Victoria Baroque – Call for Treasurer
Victoria Baroque is seeking a dedicated Treasurer to join our volunteer Board of Directors. This key position ensures our organization’s financial health and supports our mission to bring Baroque music to our community.
As Treasurer, you will:
- Oversee the organization’s finances
- Maintain financial responsibility, transparency, and compliance with Canada Revenue Agency requirements for charities
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management
- Skills in budgeting, financial reporting, and reconciliation
- Familiarity with accounting software (such as QuickBooks)
- A passion for giving back to the community
- An interest in Baroque and Classical music (an asset)
