Members are invited at 2:00pm for refreshments. Music will begin at 2:30pm.

Members of the Society
Anyone that has donated to the Society since January 2025, is considered a member. You can become a member without donating by completing the online form below or by requesting to do so at the AGM prior to the start of the meeting.
Board nominations
We are seeking new board members who are keen to:
- Raise funds for the society and its events
- Foster relationships with donors
- Work to develop new and diverse audiences
If any of these interests you, please consider joining us.

- Report from the directors to the Society
- Report from the treasurer to the Society
- Report from the artistic director to the Society
- Election of directors to the board for the coming year
- Any other Society business appropriate for the AGM
Minutes and reports will be available at the meeting. If you need them before it, contact secretary@victoria-baroque.com.
The AGM documents (reports, financials and last AGM minutes) will be posted here on Friday, November 14th. A few printed copies will be available at the meeting, but we encourage you to access the reports on your phone or tablet.
Join or Renew Your VBMS Membership
Anyone who has donated to Victoria Baroque since the previous Annual General Meeting is a member up to, and including, the following AGM. You can join without donating by completing the form below or by signing up at the AGM. Please email secretary@victoria-baroque.com if you are attending the AGM on November 9.
